- Cancellation of order
Withdrawal/Cancellation of an Order can be done within 2 days from the registration of the order and before its dispatch. Withdrawal or cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases:
-Before completing the order, during its duration you can press the "Delete" button located in the "Cart". Clicking on this link automatically removes the product from your cart.
-If the online order has been completed, you can contact us at 2111838002 or through the contact form, so that we can handle the cancellation of your order.
- Order delay: An order may be delayed in cases of deposit to a bank account, since we ship our products as soon as the bank transfer is completed.
After the product has been shipped, the following applies.
- Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement. Returns are accepted within a period of 14 days and only if the products are new, their packaging and physical condition have not been opened or tampered with and they are accompanied by the accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, etc.).
In the case of a return, the user will be charged with the corresponding transportation costs, except for cases in which, due to the company's fault, incorrect products or products with real defects were sent, in which case we assume all transportation costs of the old and new product.
Claims for a refund or withdrawal are only accepted if the products are in their original packaging, unopened.
12.1 Product Warranty
Only the manufacturer's warranty, if any, is provided for the store's products. The buyer can call us to inform them about the existence of a manufacturer's warranty. The company does not warrant or guarantee the fitness of any product sold for any particular purpose.
